1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Celikel CPA (“the Firm”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Using the website or sending a contact request does not in itself create a client relationship; an engagement begins once the scope and fee proposal have been agreed.

2. Description of Services

Celikel CPA is an accounting and financial advisory office run by Yiğit Çelikel, a Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavir (SMMM) licensed under Law No. 3568 and registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (İSMMMO) (TÜRMOB licence no. 342131537; İSMMMO registry no. 59112). Our services cover accounting and bookkeeping, tax compliance and advisory, payroll, company formation, foreign investment support, financial advisory and business consulting, as well as audit readiness: internal control and process review, preparing financial statements for audit, and coordinating documents and correspondence with independent audit firms.

An independent audit report is issued by an independent audit firm authorised by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK); we handle audit preparation and coordination with the auditor.

We serve clients in English, Turkish, Russian, Chinese and Arabic. Official filings, tax returns and correspondence with Turkish authorities are made in Turkish.

3. Professional Responsibilities

We carry out our work in line with the legislation and professional rules that apply to SMMM practice in Turkey:

  • Turkish tax and accounting legislation

  • Turkish Accounting Standards (TMS/TFRS), to the extent they apply to the engagement

  • TÜRMOB professional ethics rules

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Deliver required documents in a timely manner

  • Cooperate with our professional team

  • Pay fees according to agreed terms

  • Notify us of any changes affecting our engagement

5. Confidentiality

All client information obtained during our engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential, as the professional secrecy duty of licensed professionals (Law No. 3568) requires. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by Turkish law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for professional services is limited to the extent permitted by Turkish law and as set out in the written service agreement signed for the engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, are the intellectual property of Celikel CPA. No part of this website may be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute content without authorization

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
